Bill began his career with New York Life in May 1996 at the Boston General Office. After a successful career as an Advisor, Bill was promoted to become a Partner in the Boston General Office in 2001. In 2003, he was promoted to Senior Partner. In 2009, he was promoted to Executive Partner. In 2025, Bill was named the Managing Partner of the Boston - Atlantic General Office.
Bill is a Lifetime Member of the New York Life Partners Roundtable, one of the highest achievements at New York Life.
Bill is a 1993 graduate of Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a degree in Marketing and concentration in Finance.
Bill and his wife Dawn live in Arlington, MA and have four children.
Maria Triani began her career with New York Life in 2013 at the Boston General Office. After two and a half years as an agent—during which she qualified for three Executive Councils—she transitioned into leadership in 2016. She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Partners for two consecutive years and was named the 2018 Northeast Zone New Partner of the Year. In 2019, she was promoted to Senior Partner. In 2022, she completed the RICP® designation to strengthen her knowledge in retirement planning.
Maria holds a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising and an MBA. Fluent in Portuguese and engaged in the Latino Market, she is dedicated to mentoring and supporting financial professionals across her team.
She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, Ricardo, and their daughter, Olivia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being involved in her church, and traveling.
Andre moved to the United States with his family in 2001. He attended high school, where he quickly adapted by learning both Spanish and English. Today, he speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He later earned a master’s degree in theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Andre spent 17 years in the hospitality industry, rising from coat checker to part-owner and general manager of a fine dining restaurant. In 2018, he joined New York Life as a Financial Services Professional, driven by a passion for helping others.
In 2022, he transitioned into leadership as a Partner, where he mentors and supports financial professionals on his team. He is the proud father of two daughters, Sophia and Isabella.
Mike started his career in the financial services industry in 1997 with Merrill Lynch focused on financial planning and investment management for families and small businesses across New England.
With an eye toward working and coaching advisors on their growth and success, Mike joined Morgan Stanley 2006 and has held various sales management and leadership roles in the Boston Metro area. Focusing on relationships and helping agents build and grow their practices, Mike joins the Boston-Atlantic General Office of New York Life bringing his background in wealth management to the team.
Mike is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Business Management.

Bob joined New York Life through the Accelerated Path to Management program in 2024. A graduate of Bentley University, he began his career at Ernst & Young and later held leadership roles in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Sales within private companies.
Bob is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through protection and investment strategies.
Bob and his wife Kristin live in Chelmsford, MA, and have five children. Bob enjoys family time, volunteering with Meals of Hope, traveling with Kristin, and looks forward to future weddings and grandchildren.

Evan brings a wealth of expertise and a strong track record of success to our team. After beginning his career practicing law, Evan transitioned to New York Life’s Boston General Office in 2011. Over the next three years, he worked as a financial advisor specializing in tax, retirement, insurance, and estate planning strategies for a diverse range of clients — including pre-retirees, seniors, business owners, and young professionals.
Evan’s dedication and performance were quickly recognized: he achieved Executive Council honors in 2012, 2013, and 2014, and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2014. His leadership abilities led to his promotion to Partner, where he was named the Boston General Office’s 2014 Rookie Partner of the Year. He continued to excel, earning national recognition as a Top 50 Leading Partner in 2017, 2020, and 2021.
